# Fees

Fees vary by product and may include Altitude fees, venue fees, network fees, bridge costs, funding, and price impact.

## Published Altitude fees

The current public documentation states:

| Spot trading |   1% of traded volume |
| Perpetuals   | 0.01% per transaction |

Referral status can affect the economics described by the referral program. The order preview and current Terms govern if they differ from this page.

## Other costs

* **Network gas:** paid to the blockchain, not Altitude.
* **Priority fee:** optional or configurable execution-inclusion fee where supported.
* **Venue fees:** exchange, pool, or market-specific fees.
* **Funding:** periodic payments between perpetual longs and shorts.
* **Bridge fees:** costs incurred when moving assets across networks or venues.
* **Price impact:** economic effect of consuming liquidity; not a fee paid to Altitude.
* **Slippage:** difference between expected and actual execution; not necessarily a fee.
